    You are. A lot. But it's more likely because you're setting up on your toes and way out over the bar. When you bring your shins to the bar make sure you rock back to midfoot if you're on your toes, then set your back from there. Should be able to keep your hips from dropping. Or at least you'll eliminate one issue so you can work on the other.

    I also noticed you dropped the last rep from the top. We...we don't do that. Presumably it's your equipment but I wouldn't do that with metal plates.
