bna, you need to reach back with your hips as soon as you start the squat and get leaned over sooner than you're doing here so that you keep everything balanced on midfoot. The knees go out and forward at the same time, then stop moving forward about half way through the descent.
I'm reticent to go right to TUBOW if we can fix it by addressing the root cause first. Which in this case would be setting the back angle sooner and reaching back with the hips.
