    Appreciate any input. Having trouble hitting same depth each rep.

    Lean over sooner and cut your depth off about 3-4 inches. A little more control on the descent would help get depth consistent rather than dive-bombing.

    Thank you for the form check, Coach. Is it better to be too high or too low? My back gets a little sore does my lumbar alignment look okay?
