Squat form check
Hi. I was squatting 116kg to correct depth, but on the facebook group they said my stance was too wide and that my back angle was too upright. So then i dropped the weight down to 70kg and narrowed my stance, but then they said i was bending over too much and rounding my back. In this video, im squatting 100kg with the heels at shoulder width apart. How is the technique?

Stance looks wide from this angle. But the bar also looks like it could be too high on your back.
Shoot a set from behind, higher if you can, and we'll take a look.
