    • starting strength seminar april 2024

    Hi, after the squat camp that was held in Israel- Tel aviv, my squat finally was fixed. I thinking about getting an online coach when i will start doing the LP again.
    This is 3 sets of squats from today(took a video from the same angle, next time will take from various angles), how is it looks?

    See the sticky, you need to focus on getting below parallel. Also, get your knees forward more on the way down.

    Much better. Try and get more lean right from the start. Also, a bit more speed down now so you can start working on catching the bounce our of the bottom.
