    Default Squat Form Check, posting attempt 2

    I think my last post was high, apologies to all. Took 2 videos, side to check depth and back of the second and third set. Pointed my toes out more to try to get depth without impinging my hip. Not sure if my stance is right. Would appreciate any feedback.

    You could bring the stance in a little and it'll help you to get your knees out and keep them there. That, and you need to keep the upper back tight at the start of each rep. You're getting loose and plopping into the bottom, so you're not able to stay on midfoot.

    Thank you for the feedback coach. I would have kept widening my stance making the problem worse. I also have not thought of how the upper back would impact the descent into the bottom.
    I'll redo this weight again and make those corrections.
