Knee pain squats (I read the sticky this time)
I posted here before but with a shitty camera angle and was respectfully denied coaching lol. Heres my last set of 3x5 squats. My shin angle is about as vertical as I can get it while remaining balanced over midfoot. However, I still have right knee pain, a couple inches below the patella at the tibial tuberosity. Deadlifts I can do all day, but squats piss off the knee. Should I switch to box squats?
Also, guy in the back is doing the greatest exercise ever created.
