I'm trying to stop flexing my upper back but I just can’t seem to do it. Wondering if maybe my bar position is causing this? Is the bar in the right spot? I can’t really narrow my grip anymore than this right now. I do try the low bar stretch before each work out but have trouble keeping my upper back right even on lower reps. Is it just a matter of mentally cueing myself to keep my back tight? Can I change my setup somehow?

You're not rounding your upper back. Narrow your grip.
