3) Descend a bit slower; you are dive-bombing right now which makes it hard to control your position.
Been doing SS for 1 month now. This is my first squat form check. I have been working on:
- achieving depth, this was a problem, hopefully solved now?
- narrower grip on bar, need to work on this as currently not very flexible, guess it will take time
- knees out at start of squat
