    Default Squat form check

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    Been doing SS for 1 month now. This is my first squat form check. I have been working on:
    - achieving depth, this was a problem, hopefully solved now?
    - narrower grip on bar, need to work on this as currently not very flexible, guess it will take time
    - knees out at start of squat

    Please let me know how I am doing, thanks folks

    1) Set your gaze on the floor. In this case between the lines of text on the sign.
    2) Lean over more at the start.
    3) Descend a bit slower; you are dive-bombing right now which makes it hard to control your position.
