Looking to get a little feedback on my form.

Stats are 5'11", around 98kg/216lbs, a good bit of which is quarantine fat.

I've had a little bit of lower back pain in the last week or so. Not a debilitating amount, mind you, but I'm generally very weary about my lower back. I've strained it before, and it's a discomfort I would rather not relive, so any critiques that might help to lessen/mitigate my chances of straining my lower back would be much appreciated.

Oh, and sorry if the video isn't of the greatest quality, I'd be happy to do another take on my next workout.

Narrowing the grip and holding the elbows lower will allow you to keep a tighter upper back. I would also suggest weightlifting shoes. Pretty solid otherwise
