My problem is, that my back isnt fully straight. I increaded weight slowly, but at a certain point(100kg) it starts being not perfectly straight. I try to get a lot of tension into my abs and lats but it is stil not straight isnt it? Some help would be really nice so that i can progress on this lift.

Is this the correct deadlift?
You are constantly moving during your setup and never actually stop to finalize your setup before pulling. Once you get set up, your hips should not move and knees should remain flush with the front of your arms as you squeeze your back flat and then pull.
