    Hello,
    could you please tell me what I have to improve and focus on my Squat form?

    I have done 255 X 3X 5.

    35 years / 5 ft 10 "/ 185 pounds

    Some of the reps are a bit shallow. Shove your knees out harder from the start and keep them out. You might also need a slightly wider stance, but can't tell from this angle. Also, when you take a breath, don't puff up your chest and belly. Keep ribs down and bear down on your abs.
