Point B or a spot slightly below B.
So so sorry if something like this has been posted. I've clicked on many squat checks and haven't gotten it into my thick skull yet. I've also gone through the chapter on the squat and examined all the pictures. Maybe I missed it, but I'm looking for the precise indicator of the hip for judging depth. This video is the best I could do to allow you guys to judge and help me pick out if it is point A, B, or C. Any other feedback on the squat is welcomed as well.
