I'd like to solve an issue on my Bench.
LP - 139lbs
+2lbs per session
As can be seen in the video upon hitting chest and on initial press the bar moves forward first. Is this simply a bar position at the bottom?

Start by taking a slightly wider grip so that your forearms are vertical in the bottom. Then bring the bar down to your chest more slowly so you have more control at the touch. Be sure to lead with elbows forward (slightly in front of the bar) as you do.
