    This one I really struggle with elbow position and shoulder flexion at the top. Good to know what else I’m doing poorly!

    Unrack the other way so you are facing the wall. Widen the grip a little. Forearms should be perpendicular to the ground. Widen the stance. Keep your elbows forward at the bottom. Only breathe at the bottom

    Thank for the quick response. Yes, normally I face the wall, but wanted to get a shot from the front.
