Unrack the other way so you are facing the wall. Widen the grip a little. Forearms should be perpendicular to the ground. Widen the stance. Keep your elbows forward at the bottom. Only breathe at the bottom
This one I really struggle with elbow position and shoulder flexion at the top. Good to know what else I’m doing poorly!
