Hi can someone help me with a hip shift in my squat. I've tried everything from tibial mobility to hip mobility to releasing tight glutes and quads but nothing seems to work. The weights shown here are around 60% or less of 1rm

When standing straight without knee sleeves, your left leg appears externally rotated and your tibia/fibia angles in (varus) fairly sharply. Do you have pain when you squat or no?

Then I would continue on as normal for now. If you start developing pain, then it would be good to look into, but it likely may never be a problem.

It's not there when you actually get to the bottom of the squat - it appears to be there more just when you are standing, so I don't think a technical adjustment to the squat will change anything. It might just be the way you were born. You could post to the injuries forum to ask Nick's opinion.

I received comments from elsewhere that my left knee is tracking beyond the toes? Or is the right knee not tracking far enough? Could this be a mobility thing?

In a high bar squat they generally will pass in front and in a low bar they generally will not pass in front. The videos you posted are just from behind, so I can't see, but again, you look symmetrical in the bottom, so unlikely to be mobility in that sense of the word.
