    Please read the sticky for filming instructions.

    Widen your stance a bit. Keep your head down looking at a spot on the floor about 6' in front of you the entire time. Lean over more at the start, send your butt back and shove your knees out hard as you descend.

    Thanks for your feedback - I'll incorporate your suggestions and aswell try to find a better filming position, which is not so easy as space is somewhat limited behind my rack.
