Worked my way up to 410x5 on the SSNLP for 3 sets across over the course of the last year or so and just transitioned to Texas method. Here is 370x5 for 5 sets across, and this is set 5. What I see myself is knee cave out of the hole and a somewhat involuntary neck extension.
Sorry, here’s one from the back quarter from today. Today was “intensity day” (Texas method Friday 1RM) at 415x5, felt a hair on the ugly side.

These look good except for the 5th rep. Look at your chest -- do you see yourself coming out of the hips and into the chest? That's why the bar speed slowed. Stay in the hips.
Thanks Rip! On a side note, I’ve been trying the “pin firing” chin-up protocol for some golfer’s elbow and it hurts like a sonuvabitch. Is it possible to overdo it, or is that normal?
