Hey y'all, squatted 360 for 5 sets of 3 today as I begin to taper off the HLM template I've been running for a few months now. I've been filming my last sets and I can't help but wonder if I'm letting my knees slide to much and if my shin is angled too much or not. I think my depth is adequate, sorry for not being able to film from eye level so it's a little hard to tell. I think it is good overall but just wanted to see if someone could give me some feedback on that or point out something I may be missing. Last triple shown:

Your knees aren't sliding forward much in general, though on the last rep they do a bit because you didn't get your knees forward into place soon enough. So, that might be what you need to keep an eye out for. Side note, try and take a more controlled breath each time so that your entire torso doesn't shoot up and down again. Also make sure you are bearing down hard on your abs before each rep - your back seems to be a bit arched here.

Got it, I'll be sure to implement that next time I squat. Thank so much.
