Hi all,
I would appreciate any kind of advice on my form for my deadlift. I have been working out and exercising on and off over the years and am now starting training. I have just started reading the book and loving it so far.
I am trying to following the queues on setup but any guidance would be much appreciated. I do feel as though I am rounding slightly on the decent phase.
For reference: 6.2” 90kg / 198lbs and eating as much as I can.
