    First deadlift post
    5x3 @ 120kg

    Besides, maybe a wider stance and feet more angled is there anything I should correct on form & technique

    Is this classed as too high? I am not sure if my elbow is in the position or should I bring my hands in closer? I am also thinking knees further out?
