    This is 340, second set from my volume day. Excuse the mess, the rack doubled as a fort today.

    I've been trying to get leaned over sooner but it looks like I still have some work to do. Thanks.

    Yeah, I was going to say to lean over sooner and don't lift your chest so soon. Think about it as a reach back with the hips at the start.

    Thanks, Pete, that confirms my suspicions. Oddly, I seem to do better with this on my heavy days.
