As per the previous form check, I took Pete's advice and tried to set my back flat and get all the slack out of the system. Taking a wider grip made my elbows hurt somewhat, so I stuck with the previous one. I also started using hook grip and thought about pushing the bar down as I jumped. This thought helped me with my arm pull. What I'm noticing, however, is that I'm jumping forward. What cues can I use to correct this error? Thank you for your time reviewing this.

You are sending your hips forward and leaning back too much during the jump. Think of jumping straight up hard, as if you are trying to hi the ceiling with the top of your head.
