    Me again. I've gained about 10lbs in bodyweight so far. How do these look?

    Make sure your butt is going up out of the bottom and not back. If you watch your last few reps, you'll see your knees and butt shoot back when you try to drive your hips.

    Before you unrack the bar, get completely under it and lift with your knees, not your lower back like you're doing here. Not too a big deal now, but when weight gets heavier, you'll notice it.
