not to step on toes , , ,
but, and maybe it's a slight video angle,
but isn't the bar just slightly left of center?

    Yes, it appears to be.

These form checks aren't just for SSCs to comment on. You will learn in the process of trying to understand and explain what other people need to correct and do. Don't feel like you're stepping on toes.

and I watched the vid a couple more,
don't know if it's the rack,
but I see it in the shoulders also, left side down a bit,

OP, you on a flat floor, or out in the garage?

Andrew - I didn't think your comment was rude at all. I'm brand new here and I wasn't sure of the rules on frequency. I expected someone - either you or a moderator - to draw a line somewhere. Thank you again for your help.

neilc1 - I'm on a cement floor that connects to the garage. There's a drain on the floor about 4 ft. to my left. There is a very slight slope to the floor which could be adding to the tilt. As you note, the bar is slight off-center. Plus I'm dealing with some physical asymmetry here. I don't think it's a leg length discrepancy simply because I haven't experienced any of the pain typically associated with that particular problem. My left shoulder is between a quarter and half inch lower than my right.

The tilt could be a result of all of these things or just one. I'm going to try to manipulate the variables one at a time in the next workout. Thanks for the feedback!

There are some good articles on leg length discrepancies on this site. There are a few ways to identify a leg length discrepancy. You may find those articles useful.
