I posted a form check from my last workout and Ripp let me know I was doin a high bar squat. This is my first attempt at correcting it. I had previously failed 225 two workouts in a row and completed it fairly easily this time.

Lean over more(point your nipples at the floor)
Shove your knees out harder
You seem to be pausing some of the reps at the bottom. You need to drive up explosively with the hips out of the bottom.
Invest in Weightlifting Shoes and a Belt
