I’ve progressed a couple of times since my last form check as well as working in power cleans. I’ve sped up the set, and I can feel a lot less fatigue between reps.

I’m still working on pulling the slack out, setting my back, and pushing the floor away. How am I doing? Here’s 395x5 from this morning.

You are altering your setup as you squeeze your back, resulting in too low hips and vertical shins. Once you get your setup, pause to set your gaze on the ground (and keep it there the entire set). Then slowly squeeze your back so that only your back moves (flattens).

Thank you! I'll work on it.
