I'm still looking for squat shoes at the moment so just imagine I'm having a pair on.

This was the second set of 251lbs x 5 @ 154BW. I just started doing squats properly for about 3 months now. Did not experience any injuries so far. I just wanted to get some feedback on my form.

    You don't need gloves.

You're rounding your upper back at the bottom. Narrow your grip until your shoulders and upper back are tight when you put the bar in the low-bar position. They should be tight and uncomfortable. Squeeze your chest and upper back up and tight before you start the squat and keep it tight as you bend over.
