    Question Deadlift form check

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    Deadlift 3x180Kg 3rd set. - YouTube
    Set of 3x180Kg.
    The last workset after to sets of 3x160Kg and 3x170Kg.
    LP ended at 5x172,5 Kg.

    Any feedback is much appreciated.

    Note the difference in your back angle when you start the movement up and the back angle when the plates leave the floor. This is the whole point of using our pulling method -- eliminating that slop.

    Thanks for the reply!
    So the position I'm in as the plates leave the floor is the correct starting position?
    And we want to eliminate the windup/slop in order to be more efficient?

    You do not look to be in correct starting position (back is not extended/flat).
