These were feeling ok until a couple of weeks ago and now it seems they’ve fallen apart. This is the 3rd set (I only managed 1 rep on the 4th).

I’m just wondering if there’s anything that can be done to solve the technique issues.

Do I need to lighten the load?

I was adding 2.5kg per week until form started breaking down at 70kg, then I switched to 1.25kg increments. Perhaps 2.5kg increments were too hasty?

Well I wouldn't say these are "falling apart", but there are some details to improve.

    You need to actually jump.

You have a little arm pull that needs to be eliminated and monitored. Think "long arms for as long as you can"

You should be able to add weight. It will not fix the arm pull, but it will force you to jump harder.

My feet left the ground on each rep, does that not count?

Took some weight off to work on technique.

Don’t know about you but it looks to me like technique has got worse?

You're leaning back when you jump, but you are jumping more here. Add a shrug at the time you jump and see if that helps. You're also arm pulling a little.
