Squat form check, please
Hi, thank you for this formcheck forum. It has helped me quite a bit. Previous advice by SSCs was to go deeper, widen the stance and lean over more.
All the three were right on point, and my squat continued progressing thanks to this.
Please let me know how this one looks? It is my first set of 300lbs. I am following the advance novice taper where I do the first set with 5 more pounds and then the next two at a 5% backoff. All of them are sets of 5.
This was the most taxing set, so I uploaded it instead of the third set (as the sticky says).
I would appreciate some cues/corrections to improve the bar speed toward the middle of the ascent. My back also seems to have rounded up nicely, and it looks scary in the video.

Thanks in advance!

I got an idea! How about you stop posting videos with this stupid music?
-
Hey Mark, that stupid music is added in "post" to drown out the other music and me shouting at myself. Figuring out how to mute the videos, but until then you can just click on the mute button to not hear the music!
-
We'd rather hear what you're trying to drown out.
-
Okay Mark, I removed the music that was added in to the video. The link is still the same as before. Could you please help me with my squat now?
-
This music is just as bad. Your first 2 reps were high, but the rest were good. Knees-out fixes high.

I see, thanks! Any cue to reduce the lumbar flexion in the fourth rep?
