    Gentlemen,

Previous form checks here: Squat Form Check

    Quick Summary:
    - Check one: Knees breaking too late
    - Check two: Knees improved but chest collapsing/elbows rising.

Appreciate any insight on whether this shows I’m headed in right direction:

Hopefully this shows improvement because same weight seems a lot easier this way.

Thanks as always for taking the time.

Your elbows are still coming up a little. The chest isn't horrible, but it could be tighter. Get your chest up really tight before bending over and hold it the entire time.

Thank you for your time Andrew.

Seems going from “chest collapsing” to “chest isn’t horrible” is a step in the right direction. Will keep working to tighten up further.

You never know. Pete could pop in here, and tell us it's still really bad.

    Definitely keep working on it.
