I’m unable to low bar squat at the moment. Shoulder mobility issues are a limiting factor but I continue to stretch and work towards the ability to low bar.
For now I high bar squat and could use some advice on form.
I’ve posted my 3rd set from today. I was fatigued and you can see it in my low back on reps 4-5. This same weight was butter 48 hrs ago but wasn’t few it today. Any form advice would be greatly appreciated. Been working the nlp for 3 months. Putting on weight at about 1lb/week

I have 2 questions... Aren't the wrists too far bent back? And should his gaze still be a bit 'lower'? It looks like there's some thorasic extension.

Why didn't you add weight between now and 48 hours ago?

I added 5lbs from last session. Not sure why I indicated “same weight.” I had hit 345 a couple weeks ago but my depth wasn’t great so I backed off 15% and just got back to it.
