    This rack is not bad. Now you just have to fix the floor pull/start position.

    Thank you gents for your time and the tips. I went back and consulted the brown book per your advice, dropped the weight to 155 and tried to focus on dropping the ass, raising the chest, loosening the death grip and controlling the landing. It went better today!

    Your copy of Starting Strength has been obsolete and out of print for 10 years.
