Your knees are too forward in the start position. Master your fear.
Hi, I have not been training for a month now, as my new squat rack is delayed in transit. I have however been pulling every other day. Pulling in my training shoes is a bit new to me, and I feel the bar moving forward and hanging in the air as I pull the fifth rep.
This makes me lose confidence in the rep and I set it down. Also, I am having trouble with the fourth step, and keep kicking the bar a bit. Do you have any cues to set the back harder without this movement?

Thanks Mark, is it the later reps in which they are too forward, or even on the first one?
And this implies that I should set up closer to the bar, right?
