Hi. Heres an example of how i deadlift. This is me doing a single, 172.5 kg. Its the best ive done. I know 1 rep max singles arent part of the program but its just the only deadlift video i have.

After i do deadlifts i get this bad pain in my left hip. Its got to the point where i am limping every day...it isnt getting better. The best way to describe where the pain is is if i point diagonally right into the joint from the front side of my left hip. Do you know what could be causing the pain? Thank you.

Can't even tell where you mean from your attempt at a description.

So, it's somewhere under your pants. Excellent. Now, find an anatomy picture and draw a circle around the area.

Stop posting on the internet and get an MRI. Neither you nor I know what this is.
