    A slightly wider stance might be a bit more comfortable. Try it out and see. Your speed going down is fairly slow. Going a touch faster may help with the bounce. You have a long torso relative to your femurs, so you are going to need to be careful with your lean. It will be easy for you to lean over too much and send the bar forward of mid foot. You can see in several of the reps here that your hips lead (as they should), but your chest doesn't catch up out of the bottom quickly enough. Try sending your gaze further ahead on the floor and keep it there the entire time - even between reps.

    Thank you Coach ! Really appreciate it.
    I too thought they looked slow.
    With my long torso, Is that also not ideal for my deadlift mechanics ?, I’m sorta stuck at 405lbs on those.

    Depends. Arm length is an additional factor for the Deadlift. Post a video if you haven't already and we will look at it.
