Squat Form Check
Hello, I am still striving for perfection; but I have advanced quite a bit in the road I think. Need a form check.
Weight: 185
Height: 5'4"
S: 330 1(rep)x3(set)
DL: 355 1x3
BP: 205
P: 125
Things I can tell, is my knees sliding a bit forward and backward on descent. Not sure if there is anything else.

Read the sticky on filming and form check guidelines please. We can't form check one rep and we need a better angle if possible.
