    Here is a fresh deadlift after working on the tips that Pete troupos gave on my previous post. Hoping to get further advice on form fixes. I’m trying to keep the head and neck neutral but still having trouble keeping it during work sets. I appreciate any help. Here is the previous set for reference Deadlift 2/13/21 - YouTube

    These look better. They look like you're taking your time to actually get your back set. It's tough to tell if your back is set as rigid as it could be because of the little bit of fluff below the belt, but I think this is an improvement. Continue to focus on getting all of the slack out of the bar before you pull. The first warmup or two may actually float off the ground because you're lifting your chest so hard to set the back.
    Not sure what program you're running for the deadlift, but you may need to change it up in the near future if you have to shimmy the bar up to lock it out toward the end of the set.
