Problems with my Deadlift form check
Hey guys I've been having trouble lately with my deadlift setup and execution. I've been living in Europe and haven't wasn't able to train with barbells for a few months and have just moved back to Australia and have been trying to get back my strength and technique in the main lifts. I've been lifting consistently now for almost 3 months all lifts are good except deadlift which used to be my best lift by far.
I'm having alot of trouble with lower back rounding and rocking back at the start of the pull at 140kg my old 5rm was 162.5kg. Any advice would be great cheers.
