I have been focusing on depth. I am not sure if this depth is adequate. I have narrowed my stance, focusing on knees forward and out to allow my torso to clear the hip joint. I moved the bar a 1/2 inch higher on the traps to allow the mid foot position to maintained with a more vertical spine and thus a deeper squat.

A more vertical spine does not ensure a deeper squat, as any of the recreational federations demonstrate every time they have a meet. If these are not deep, they are very close. Need a better camera angle.
