Hi, I feel that the left side of the bar goes forward on the way up off the bottom.
and when the weight gets heavier I feel like it's very hard for me to keep a rigid upper and even lower back.

It's not noticeable.
I see your elbows crank up a little when coming out of the bottom(less obvious in intensity squat), cue your upper back may make your form even better.
