    Hi.

    I am new to this forum, and just found out that there is a FORM CHECK section. :-)
    So here's my form from yesterday workout, please kindly let me know if there anything that can help me Squat, Press and Pull More weight. :-)
    Squat 155kg

    You're cutting them off right at parallel. Probably because your stance is too wide. Crease of the hip below the top of the knee.
