    Hello,

    I never pressed in my life before. Read SS, got excited and starting to Press now. This is my 3rd workout: I fixed everything that was obvious from watching Mark's seminar & some form checks on this forum. Now I don't have a specific question, but would benefit greatly from someone correct my form: Shared album - Silvia Wang - Google Photos

    Please get a better video angle next time. This is too far away. From this it looks like your wrists need to be straighter and your grip narrower. Assuming you are intending to do Press 2.0, the hips need to reach first, then you press the bar up. You are doing those things simultaneously

    Grip needs to be shoulder width. Keep your wrists straight
