Hello, hope everyone is doing well!
    Deadlift 194 pounds 1x5 - YouTube
I am 22, about 196 pounds and today I deadlifted 194 pounds. It felt good, pretty hard but good. I was looking to get some overall pointers on what I am doing wrong, as I am still very ignorant in the the matter.
I tried to show the setup and the camera angle is still not the best but I will get a better one next time.
Watching the video, I notice I tend to lean back too much on the top part and my eye was too much towards the the floor below me.
Any and all feedback is very much appreciated.

    Thank you

I would check the bar height - it looks a little too close to the ground.

    Separate the steps:

    Set shins
    Look forward more
Get breath and squeeze chest up
    Pull

You are kind of doing everything all at once and that will be harder to duplicate over time
