Can i please have my form checked. If depth isnt low enough or any other issues, could i please get some advice on how to fix it eg change stance width toe angle back angle bar position etc. Im getting frustrated with this exercise because i cant seem to get it right. Thank you.

Heels need to be in a quarter inch - this will also cause your toes to point out a little more.
Get your knees out right away. You're breaking at the hips first without the knees. The hips and knees need to bend at the same time at the start of the descent.
Keep your weight midfoot the entire time.
You should squat facing away from the mirror if you're able to flip the hooks around on the other side - so you'll stand in between the uprights and mirror facing away from the mirror.
