Critique Squat Form
Been doing my NLP for about 1 month and wanted to get some feedback on my squat form. I realize I may need to video my lifts from a different angle, and if so what would be the preferred setup to film?
How is my back angle?
Do my knees travel too far forward?
Am I driving with the hips correctly/enough?
