    Default Form Check: Squat. Press, Power Clean

    Dear Wonderful Coaches,

    I have taken all the previous advices and tips and put them on practice and here's my yesterday workout, all taken from the last work set. I hope I got the camera angle right.

    Squat 130kg x5

    Were you told to stand like that for the squat with the toes that turned out?
    Your upper back is loose, so you don't get leaned over soon enough, and you're not breathing and bracing before reach rep. Lift your chest and take a breath and brace before each rep.

    Power clean you're set up on your heels and not setting your back for each rep like you would with the deadlift.

    I will get the toes too turned out fixed.
    Upper back will be tighter and power clean set up will be polished.
